As a Northern Virginia Real Estate Agent, George brings a wealth of knowledge about the Northern Virginia Real Estate market. Having been a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, George takes pride in giving his clients’ the benefit of decades of experience and exceptional knowledge of the area. Having grown up in N. Arlington, Vienna, Falls Church, Fairfax, Alexandria, Gainesville and McLean, George has a unique understanding and appreciation of the local communities. George has sold over $137,000,000.00 in real estate in the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. area where he is also licensed. In June, 2015 and again in 2017, George was named one of the Top 99 Producing Realtor’s in the prestigious Washingtonian Magazine.

George graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Business Administration (BSBA) and a concentration in Real Estate Finance. George translated his education into a highly successful career at Freddie Mac, where he worked as a Loss Mitigation Specialist negotiating hundreds of Pre-Foreclosures (Short Sales) and other types of pre-foreclosure alternatives. Furthermore, he worked as a Business Analyst where he gained invaluable knowledge about Freddie Mac™s Automated Underwriting System which is used by several leading mortgage lenders nationwide. Having always been interested in real estate, becoming a REALTOR© was a natural transition. In this light, George incorporated crucial negotiation skills, business and customer relations skills learned from previous experiences. Negotiating real estate transactions and representing his clients best interest is what he does best!

George speaks Spanish fluently and in his spare time, he enjoys traveling and looking for investment properties to purchase and renovate. He has valuable contacts in the Home Improvement/Construction industry and has used these contacts to save his client’s time and money. Furthermore, as an investor he has flipped dozens of homes and brings decades of experience and has extensive knowledge about home renovations.
